GRATITUDE BUILDS COMMUNITIES
The Gratitude Professor Foundation is a foundation that is looking to help solve a major problem not only in Tampa but Florida in general, which is the affordable housing crisis. The foundation has partnered with real estate investors from the local community and wants to help bring affordable housing to Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. The foundation has vast expertise in sourcing off-market real estate for investment purposes and would like to utilize funds and tax credits in order to build back communities that everyone can take pride in and appreciate. The foundation would also like to partner with local municipalities to develop or redevelop these areas as well.
