Gratitude University is aimed for transitioning military members looking to utilize the bridge program. The program is 6 months, designed for hands on training and mentorship for military members looking to explore and learn the skills necessary to navigate the real estate industry (residential and commercial) as an investor or find gainful employment through traditional means (agent) or on the investment side. The program will have 3 phases and will entail how to source, analyze, and fund real estate investments and manage those projects effectively until completion. Additionally, members will be hands on with projects that GU already has under way. GU is also partnered with industry leaders in different trades that members can learn general knowledge of in order to be a well-rounded real estate leader. The mission of GU is to provide knowledge and expertise through real estate and create a community of industry leaders. Lastly, the program is designed for members to profit from during the entirety of all GU projects they are associated with and will set aside funds as a nest egg for when members transition from the military.
